Diapro 80mg Tablet is used to lower the blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus when diet, physical exercise, and weight reduction alone are not adequate. 

Gliclazide is an oral anti-diabetic medication used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus by controlling blood sugar levels. It helps prevent complications such as blindness, kidney damage, stroke, and heart attack.

Gliclazide stimulates the production of insulin, which reduces excess blood sugar levels in the body.

Gliclazide should be taken 30 minutes before breakfast. Take it at the same time every day for consistency. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor, even if your sugar levels are normal.

Do not take Gliclazide if you have type 1 diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis, or severe kidney or liver problems. Inform your doctor if you have a history of heart problems.
