Clinex Plus Gel belongs to the class of dermatological preparations known as ‘antiacne’ and is used to treat acne (pimples). Acne is a common skin condition characterized by blocked hair follicles, dead skin cells, and oil. The acne-causing bacteria thrive on sebum, the natural oil produced by the skin, leading to redness and swelling.

Composition:

• Tretinoin (Vitamin A)
• Clindamycin (Antibiotic)

Tretinoin reduces oil production, replenishes the skin, and keeps pores open.

• Clindamycin, an antibiotic, inhibits essential protein production in bacteria, slowing down their growth and preventing acne development.
• Take as prescribed by your doctor for the specified duration based on your medical condition.
• Common side effects include burning, irritation, itching, redness, dermatitis, skin peeling, and dryness, which often resolve over time.
• Inform your doctor if allergic to Clinex Plus Gel or any medications.
