Neoplastic Diseases:
- Treatment of gestational choriocarcinoma, chorioadenoma destruens, and hydatidiform mole.
- Acute lymphoblastic leukemia in combination with other chemotherapeutic agents.
- Advanced stage non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas.
- Breast cancer, epidermoid cancers of the head and neck, advanced mycosis fungoides, and lung cancer.
Rheumatoid Arthritis:
- Management of selected adults with severe, active rheumatoid arthritis.
- Children with active polyarticular-course juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, intolerant of first-line therapy.
Psoriasis:
- Symptomatic control of severe, recalcitrant, disabling psoriasis not adequately responsive to other forms of therapy.
