- Sprue
- Nutritional deficiency
- Pregnancy
- Infancy
- Liver disease
- Malabsorption syndrome
- Colorectal Cancer: As an adjunct to fluorouracil therapy.
- Methotrexate Toxicity: For neutralizing toxic effects of methotrexate.
- Megaloblastic Anaemia: Treatment of folate-deficient megaloblastic anemia.
