Miconex 2% Cream (Miconazole)

For skin and nail fungal infections caused by dermatophytes, yeasts, and other fungi:

  • Tinea infections: capitis, corporis, manuum, pedis (athlete’s foot), barbae, cruris (Dhobie itch), unguium/onychomycosis
  • Pityriasis versicolor
  • Candidiasis of skin & nails
  • Angular stomatitis
  • Otitis externa
  • Secondary mycoses with bacterial infection
  • Miconazole inhibits ergosterol synthesis, damaging fungal cell membranes
  • Increases permeability → nutrient leakage → fungal cell death
  1. Apply consistently as directed; complete the full course to prevent recurrence
