Description

Amoxicillin 500mg + Clarithromycin 500mg + Rabeprazole Sodium 20mg Tablet is used in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease.

Pylocure Kit-

Used to treat peptic ulcer disease caused by Helicobacter pylori infection.

Mechanism of Action:

  • Clarithromycin kills H. pylori bacteria.
  • Esomeprazole reduces stomach acid production.
  • Amoxicillin prevents bacterial cell wall formation.

Allergy to its components, other antibiotics (especially penicillin), or other proton pump inhibitors.

Certain medical conditions like arrhythmias, hypokalemia, severe liver or kidney problems, heart issues, etc.

  • Use with caution in children and dose adjustments may be required.
  • Older individuals may not need dose adjustments.
  • Avoid alcohol consumption.
  • Caution while driving or operating heavy machinery if dizziness occurs.
