Clopidogrel 75mg + Aspirin 75mg-
Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS):
- Reduces the risk of Myocardial Infarction (MI) and Stroke in patients with:
- Non-ST-segment elevation ACS (Unstable Angina/NSTEMI).
- Acute ST-segment elevation ACS (STEMI).
Recent MI, Stroke, or Peripheral Arterial Disease:
- Reduces the risk of MI and Stroke in patients with a history of:
- Recent Myocardial Infarction (MI).
- Recent Stroke.
- Established Peripheral Arterial Disease.
Clopidogrel:
- A prodrug that inhibits platelet activation and aggregation.
- Irreversibly binds to the P2Y12 ADP receptor on platelets, preventing clot formation.
- Begins to inhibit platelet aggregation within 2 hours of administration.
- Steady-state inhibition is reached between Day 3 and Day 7.

Aspirin:
- Irreversibly inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1), preventing the production of thromboxane A2.
- Thromboxane A2 is responsible for platelet aggregation and vasoconstriction.
