Description

Emixef contains Cefixime, a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic with broad-spectrum bactericidal activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is highly stable in the presence of beta-lactamase enzymes, making it effective against organisms resistant to penicillin and some other cephalosporins.

Emixef 75ml is used to treat bacterial infections, including pneumonia, pharyngitis, typhoid fever, sinusitis, otitis media, tonsillitis, soft tissue infections, respiratory tract infections, and some types of sexually transmitted infections, such as gonorrhea.
