Itraconazole works by inhibiting Cytochrome P-450 dependent enzymes, blocking the synthesis of ergosterol—an essential component of fungal cell membranes. This leads to disruption in cell wall structure, abnormal permeability, and fungal cell death.

SUBA (Super Bio-Available) technology enhances drug absorption by forming a solid dispersion in a polymer matrix. This improves solubility, providing better bioavailability compared to conventional itraconazole.

• Take with food, preferably at the same time every day
• Do not skip doses—complete the full course
• Avoid alcohol during treatment
• Report symptoms such as yellowing of eyes/skin, dark urine, or severe abdominal pain
