Lutisone Nasal Spray is available in different forms (cream/lotion, nasal spray, and inhaler). Fluticasone propionate works by inhibiting certain cells like mast cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes, and macrophages responsible for causing redness and swelling. Also, it blocks the release of histamine (chemicals causing allergic reactions).
