Description

Aproxi 125 is an anti-emetic used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in:

  • Adults
  • Adolescents (12 years and older)

Aprepitant is a selective, high-affinity antagonist of human substance P neurokinin 1 (NK1) receptors. Blocking these receptors prevents nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy or surgery.

  • Do not take Aprifast if you are allergic to Aprepitant or its ingredients.
  • Not recommended for children below 12 years.
  • Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor before use.
  • Avoid driving if you feel dizzy or sleepy.
  • Inform your doctor about all medications you are taking (prescription or non-prescription).
