Micosina 2% Oral Gel is indicated for:
- Treating oral and gastrointestinal candidiasis.
- Eradicating fungal colonization within the mouth and gastrointestinal tract.
- Treating superinfections caused by gram-positive bacteria.
Micosina 2% Oral Gel, containing miconazole, is an antifungal agent used to treat fungal and associated bacterial infections of the skin and nails. These infections can occur on the trunk, hands, feet, scalp, outer ear, and groin, including conditions such as athlete’s foot, dhobie itch, intertrigo, and infected nappy rash. The gel also has moisturizing properties that help soothe cracked, red skin.
Skin infections typically improve within 2 to 6 weeks. If there is no improvement after this period, consult a doctor for further advice.
