Folic Acid: Reduced serum folate levels may occur with antiepileptics, oral contraceptives, anti-TB drugs, alcohol, aminopterin, methotrexate, pyrimethamine, trimethoprim, and sulfonamides.

Phenytoin: Serum concentrations may decrease.

Zinc: Absorption may be affected by quinolones, tetracyclines, cisplatin, penicillamine, amiloride.
