Missed Dose

Common Side Effects

Seek immediate medical attention if you experience unusual bleeding, black stools, blood in urine, severe rash, or swelling of the face and throat.

Drug Interactions

Inform your doctor if you are taking:

• NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen, naproxen), which may increase bleeding risk.
• Warfarin or other anticoagulants.
• SSRIs and SNRIs (certain antidepressants), which may increase bleeding risk.
