Avoid heavy meals while using Acmegra 50mg Tablet, as it might delay its effectiveness. Prior to taking the tablet, inform your doctor about any liver, kidney, or heart conditions, as well as pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and related medications.

This medication is not intended for women, children, or adolescents (below 18 years). If you experience a prolonged and painful erection after taking it, inform your doctor.
