 Azobrin Plus is used in adults to manage ocular hypertension and glaucoma (increased pressure within the eyes). It is typically used in patients who are not responding well to therapy with single agents. Azobrin Plus is a combination of Brimonidine and Brinzolamide which belongs to the group of medicines called Ophthalmic anti-glaucoma agents.
Azobrin Plus is for ophthalmic use only. Instill a few drops of this medicine into the affected eye(s). Do not touch the tip of the dropper with your eye or with another body surface to avoid contamination. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove the lens before using Azobrin Plus and wait for at least 15 minutes before reinsertion.
Before using Azobrin Plus inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney, or heart problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have low or high blood pressure, narrow-angle glaucoma, dry eyes, depression, or poor blood circulation in your body as a precaution.
