Pharmacology of Carbocal-M Tablet
The most essential factor in preventing osteoporosis and other bone disorders is nutrition. The macronutrients for bone include calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D3. Calcium is absorbed very slowly if Vitamin D3 is not present. Magnesium, like calcium, improves bone strength and stiffness. Recent epidemiological research has revealed that some micronutrients, such as copper, manganese, zinc, and boron, have an essential role in bone health. Micronutrient deficiency is observed in osteoporosis patients.

Dosage & Administration of Carbocal-M Tablet
2 tablets per day, preferably 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening.

Interaction of Carbocal-M Tablet
It may interact with antacids containing calcium, aluminum, or magnesium, as well as other calcium supplements, calcitriol and other vitamin D3 supplements, digoxin, tetracycline, doxycycline, minocycline, or oxytetracycline.

Contraindications
It is not recommended if you have hypercalcaemia, hyperthyroidism, renal calculi and nephrolithiasis, or Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Side Effects of Carbocal-M Tablet
In general, it is well tolerated. Notify your doctor if you develop nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, dry mouth, excessive thirst, or increased urination while taking this medication. Micronutrient side effects are uncommon.
Pregnancy & Lactation
During pregnancy or while breastfeeding, take this combination only as advised by your doctor.
Precautions & Warnings
Precautions should be taken if you have a history of heart disease or renal illness.
