Description

Cardicor Tablet (Beta-blocker β1-selective anti-adrenergic agent)is used for the management of:

  1. Hypertension (high blood pressure)
  2. Angina pectoris
  3. Moderate to severe heart failure

Not recommended for emergency treatment of hypertensive crisis.

Cardicor contains Bisoprolol Fumarate, a highly selective β1-adrenergic blocker. It reduces heart rate and cardiac output, thereby lowering blood pressure and myocardial oxygen demand. Unlike non-selective beta blockers, it does not adversely affect lipid profile, including HDL cholesterol.
