Colasa 800 Tablet is an anti-inflammatory medicine used to treat inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. It helps reduce inflammation in the intestines by blocking the formation of inflammatory chemicals such as prostaglandins, thereby relieving symptoms and promoting remission.
Colasa 800 contains mesalamine, which acts locally in the colon to reduce inflammation by inhibiting cyclo-oxygenase and decreasing prostaglandin production. This helps control intestinal inflammation and associated symptoms.
