Description

Colicon, containing dicycloverine hydrochloride, is used to treat:

  • Functional bowel syndrome/irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
  • Urinary incontinence due to unstable detrusor muscle
  • Infantile colic
  • Gastrointestinal (GIT) spasms
  • Colicky abdominal pain
  • Diverticulitis
  • Abdominal colic

Dicycloverine belongs to the antispasmodic class of medications, primarily used to relieve abdominal pain caused by spasms or cramps. It is also effective for managing symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and other gastrointestinal conditions involving involuntary muscle contractions.
