Here are some key points to consider:

Timing: Feel 10mg Tablet approximately one hour before planning to engage in sexual activity. It may take between 30 minutes to an hour to start working.

Avoidance: Refrain from consuming alcohol or grapefruit juice while taking this medication, as it can lead to undesirable side effects.

Medical Conditions: Inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney, or heart problems. Mention any penis deformities or prior prostate gland surgery.

Blood Pressure: This medication is not suitable for individuals with severely low or high blood pressure or those who recently had a stroke.
