Fexofenadine Hydrochloride is used in adults and children (aged above 12 years) to provide:

  • Relief from the symptoms of hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis)
  • Relief from the symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria

Fixal 120mg Tablet is an effective antihistamine medication containing Fexofenadine. It treats allergic symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, itching, and hives associated with rhinitis and urticaria. By blocking the release of histamine, it provides relief from allergies. Common side effects include drowsiness, fever, rash, and weakness. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist. Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you feel dizzy or tired after taking the medication. It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Take the tablet with or without food as prescribed by your doctor. Complete the full treatment course even if you start feeling better.
