Flonasin Nasal Spray is a combination of Azelastine and Fluticasone, used for moderate to severe seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis when either an intranasal antihistamine or corticosteroid alone is insufficient. It relieves symptoms like runny nose, post-nasal drip, sneezing, and nasal itchiness.
