Fusidic acid & Hydrocortisone Acetate effectively treat skin infections.
Fortison Cream is a dermatological medication used to reduce swelling, itching, and redness caused by eczema and dermatitis with secondary bacterial skin infections. Eczema is a skin condition where the immune system becomes disordered, causing inflammation, dry skin, itching, and rashes that can appear purple, grey, or red.
Composition:
- Fusidic Acid: An antibiotic that inhibits essential proteins necessary for bacterial growth and multiplication, stopping bacteria from growing and allowing the immune system to clear the infection.
- Hydrocortisone: A corticosteroid that inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling, thereby reducing inflammation.
- Use as prescribed by your doctor.
