- Before taking Glucodip-M XR 500 Tablet, inform your doctor about any existing liver, kidney, or heart conditions. High blood cholesterol, severe systemic infections, or recent dehydration due to vomiting or diarrhea should also be disclosed. During treatment, your doctor may monitor blood sugar and kidney function. Lifestyle changes like a healthy diet, regular exercise, and alcohol cessation may be recommended.
- This medication is not suitable for patients with severe, uncontrollable diabetes, alcoholism, shock, or breathing/circulation issues.
