Pharmacology of Lubric Extra 10 ml Sterile Lubricant Eye Drops

Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium and Hypromellose are both polymers found in nature. It is a colorless and transparent aqueous solution. This medicine lubricates the eye’s surface in the same manner as natural tears do. As a result, it can be used to alleviate the dryness and discomfort associated with decreased or aberrant tear production.

Lubric Extra 10 ml Sterile Lubricant Eye Drops Dosage & Administration

For Adults and Children: Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Any known intolerance or allergy to any of the formulation’s ingredients.

Blurred vision, matting, or stickiness of the eyelashes are common adverse effects.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium and Hypromellose have not been linked to birth abnormalities or other complications during pregnancy or nursing.

Precautions & Warnings

Consult your doctor if you have eye discomfort, changes in vision, persistent redness or irritation of the eye, or if your symptoms last more than 3 days or worsen.

Storage Conditions

Store in a cold, dry, and light-free environment. Keep out of the reach of youngsters and use within 4 weeks of opening.
