Monas 5 OFT Tablet contains Montelukast, which is classified as a Leukotriene Receptor Antagonist. It is prescribed to adults and adolescents (aged 15 years or older) for the treatment and prevention of symptoms associated with chronic asthma and seasonal allergic rhinitis. It can also be used to prevent exercise-induced bronchospasm.
A prescription drug called Monas 5 OFT is used to prevent asthma attacks and to treat allergy symptoms including runny nose and sneezing. Breathing becomes easier as a result of decreased airway irritation. Monas 5 OFT can be taken with or without food, however, the best results come from taking it simultaneously. If you have asthma brought on by exercise, it is suggested that you take it two hours before activity. It should be regarded as medical advice.
