Description

Montair 10mg Tablet is used to treat inadequately controlled asthma when other inhaled medications are not sufficient. It is also effective in treating exercise-induced asthma. Additionally, this medication provides relief from symptoms of allergic rhinitis, including runny nose, sneezing, chest congestion, itching, watery eyes, and stuffy nose.

Montair 10mg Tablet contains Montelukast, a Leukotriene Receptor Antagonist used to treat and prevent asthma and seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and adolescents. Asthma is a chronic respiratory condition characterized by inflamed and narrowed airways, leading to symptoms like wheezing, difficulty in breathing, chest pain, and cough. Seasonal allergic rhinitis, also known as hay fever, is triggered by exposure to allergens, causing inflammation in the nasal lining and symptoms like nasal congestion, sneezing, and itchy eyes.

Montair 10mg Tablet cannot stop an ongoing asthma attack but can prevent future attacks. It is essential to carry an inhaled rescue medicine with you for immediate relief during an asthma attack. Take Montair 10mg Tablet as prescribed by your doctor for better symptom control. Inform your doctor about any allergies or pre-existing medical conditions before taking the medication, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The common side effects of MONTAIR 10MG TABLET include stomach pain, headache, upper respiratory tract infections, skin rash, nausea, and vomiting. If any of these side effects persist, consult your doctor.
