Nabumetone is a Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID) prescribed to relieve pain, swelling, stiffness, and tenderness caused by osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
It blocks the action of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) responsible for pain, fever, and inflammation, thereby reducing discomfort in arthritis conditions.
Take with or without food, or as directed by your doctor.
- Usually taken once or twice daily.
- Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not break, crush, or chew.
- Follow your doctor’s instructions regarding dose and duration.
