- Drink enough fluids to avoid dehydration
- Regular monitoring of blood pressure and electrolytes is advised
Nebivolol: A selective beta-blocker that slows heart rate and improves heart efficiency while relaxing blood vessels.
Hydrochlorothiazide: A diuretic that lowers blood pressure by removing excess water and electrolytes and improving blood flow.
- Swallow whole with water
- Can be taken with or without food
- Take at the same time every day
- Do not stop suddenly
