• Nexcital 10mg Tablet contains Escitalopram, which belongs to the group of medicines called Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs). It is used to treat depression (major depressive episodes) and various anxiety disorders, including panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
• Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease, as the dosage may need adjustment.
• Use with caution in patients with a history of epilepsy.
• Use with caution in patients with diabetes, as the medication may affect blood sugar levels.
• Use with caution in patients with low sodium levels in the blood.
• Use with caution in patients who frequently get injuries or bleed easily.
