Indications of Notens 3 Tablet

Bromazepam is prescribed in-

Pharmacology of Notens 3 Tablet

A very powerful psychotropic drug is bromazepam. At lower doses, it selectively reduces stress and anxiety. At higher doses, it has sedative and muscle-relaxing effects. Dosage of Notens 3 Tablet

• Patients who are elderly or disabled need lower doses. Patients with impaired hepatic function also need lower doses.
• Children: Bromazepam is typically not recommended for use in children, but if the doctor determines that bromazepam treatment is necessary, the dose should be adjusted to account for their small body weight (between 0.1 and 0.3 mg/kg body weight).

Interaction of Notens 3 Tablet

Combining bromazepam with other drugs that have central nervous system activation may intensify the sedative effects. These medicines include anesthetics, antidepressants, hypnotics, opioids, antipsychotics, sedatives, antiepileptics, and sedative antihistamines. The half-life of bromazepam’s elimination may be extended by the co-administration of cimetidine. Alcohol shouldn’t be consumed while taking bromazepam because it may intensify the drug’s sedative effects.

Contraindications

People who have a history of drug hypersensitivity, severe respiratory failure, severe hepatic failure, or sleep apnea syndrome shouldn’t take bromazepam.
