Pharmacological Properties:
Ovacyst contains D-chiro-inositol, a compound derived via a patented extraction from Carob pods (Ceratonia siliqua), commonly found in Southern Europe. A deficiency of this nutrient in body tissues contributes to insulin resistance, which can lead to excess androgen production in the ovaries and ultimately PCOS.
D-chiro-inositol helps:
Regulate the balance of estrogen and androgens by lowering luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone levels
