Progavi Suspension (Sodium Alginate + Sodium Bicarbonate + Calcium Carbonate) 500mg+267mg+160mg/10ml  is indicated for individuals experiencing gastric reflux, heartburn, flatulence associated with gastric reflux, heartburn during pregnancy, and any instances of epigastric and retrosternal discomfort where the underlying cause is gastric reflux.Â
Sodium alginate, Sodium bicarbonate, and Calcium carbonate treat gastroesophageal reflux diseases such as heartburn, indigestion, and acid regurgitation, which may occur after food or during pregnancy. Additionally, it treats hyperacidity by neutralizing excess stomach acid to relieve pain and discomfort.
Sodium alginate, Sodium bicarbonate, and Calcium carbonate suspension are only for oral use. Shake well before opening. Your physician chooses the dosage based on your medical condition because it differs for each person.
Do not consume this drug if you are allergic to Sodium alginate, Sodium bicarbonate, Calcium carbonate, or its other ingredients or have had difficulty breathing and skin rashes. Before consuming this suspension, inform your doctor about all your medical conditions, such as kidney or liver problems, heart failure, and high blood pressure.
Inform your doctor if you are breastfeeding because it is unknown whether the ingredient of the suspension passes to the breast milk. Seek advice from your doctor regarding breastfeeding.
