Seroxyn HFA 25/250 is a combination of:
Salmeterol: Long-acting bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles.
Fluticasone Propionate: A Corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation.
Together, They make breathing easier and reduce asthma/COPD symptoms.
Asthma (Chronic): Helps prevent symptoms and exacerbations.
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD): Improves breathing and reduces flare-ups.
Not for acute attacks. Use only under a doctor’s supervision.
- Use at the same time every day.
- Not for sudden breathing problems—use your rescue inhaler for that.
- Dry mouth may occur; drink water or use sugarless candy.
- First dose should be under medical supervision (risk of bronchospasm).
- Your doctor may monitor potassium levels during treatment.
