- Bacterial skin infections

Eat vitamin C-rich foods: oranges, papaya, kiwi, guava
Include greens and fruits: spinach, kale, apples
Avoid foods that may worsen skin issues: eggs, cow milk, soy, shellfish, cakes, coffee, smoothies
