- Clobetasol Propionate is a high-potency corticosteroid that reduces inflammation by stabilizing cell membranes and inhibiting inflammatory mediators like histamine and leukocytes.
- Salicylic Acid acts as a keratolytic agent, softening and removing the stratum corneum, while also having slight antiseptic and antifungal properties.
