Flavoxate is used in the treatment and prevention of muscle spasms in the urinary tract. It can also be used to relieve symptoms that may occur as a result of surgery, cystoscopy, or catheterization such as painful urination, excessive urination at night, and the inability to control urine flow.
Urilax 200mg Tablet is used to manage muscle spasms in the urinary tract and relieve unpleasant urinary symptoms associated with surgical or diagnostic procedures. It contains Flavoxate, an Urinary Antispasmodic that relaxes bladder muscles, reducing bladder contraction and associated pain and spasms.
Take Urilax 200mg Tablet after meals or as directed by your physician. Before treatment, your doctor may order blood tests to assess your condition.
Inform your doctor before taking Urilax 200mg Tablet if you have stomach or kidney problems, bleeding in the digestive tract, glaucoma, or myasthenia gravis. It’s not recommended for patients with urinary retention or children under 12. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
