  1. Metronidazole is a nitroimidazole effective against anaerobic bacteria and protozoa.
  2. Nystatin is a polyene antifungal agent effective against fungal infections.
  3. Neomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic with bactericidal activity against certain gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
  4. Polymyxin B is active against gram-negative organisms, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
