When not to use:
- Allergy to Estradiol.
- History of or current breast/endometrial cancer.
- Thrombosis (blood clot in a vein).
- Unusual vaginal bleeding.
- Untreated endometrial hyperplasia.
- Lung disease (e.g., pulmonary embolism).
- Heart disease (e.g., heart attack/heart block).
- Liver disease (e.g., benign liver tumor).
Common Side Effects:
- Headache
- Nausea
- Leg cramps
- Abdominal/pelvic pain
- Unscheduled bleeding/spotting
- Asthenia (feeling of weakness)
- Rash/itching
