Vcand is an azole antifungal indicated for use in patients aged 12 years and above for the treatment of serious fungal infections, including:

• Invasive aspergillosis
• Candidemia (in nonneutropenic patients) and disseminated candidiasis involving the skin, abdomen, kidney, bladder wall, and wounds
• Esophageal candidiasis
• Severe infections caused by Scedosporium apiospermum and Fusarium species, including Fusarium solani
• Patients intolerant of or refractory to other antifungal therapies
