- Sildenafil included in Vigorex 100mg, belongs to a class of drugs known as Phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors. It is used to treat male erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction (also known as impotence) is a sexual disorder in which a man is unable to maintain the firm erected penis essential for regular sexual engagement. It occurs as a result of reduced blood flow to the penis caused by constriction of the blood capillaries feeding the penis.
- Sildenafil enhances penile erection (firmness of the penis) during sexual intercourse. It works by relaxing the blood arteries that feed the penis, increasing penile blood flow and oxygen availability.
- Only if you are sexually excited can Vigorex 100 help you acquire an erection. Because it is not an aphrodisiac (a sexual stimulant), it cannot be used to create sexual thoughts or increase sexual performance/pleasure in healthy males. It is also not recommended for healthy guys who do not have erectile dysfunction.
