Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid is a prescription oral medicine used to treat a broad range of bacterial infections. It is commonly prescribed for infections affecting the respiratory tract, middle ear, sinuses, skin, soft tissues, and urinary tract. 

For the best results, take this medicine at regular intervals and for the full duration recommended by your doctor. It is generally advisable to take it with a meal or light snack to reduce the possibility of stomach discomfort. Drink sufficient fluids and get adequate rest while recovering from the infection.

Some people may experience mild side effects such as nausea, vomiting, loose stools, or stomach discomfort. These effects are usually temporary. However, seek medical attention if you develop severe or persistent watery diarrhea, abdominal cramps, fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or symptoms of a serious allergic reaction.

Before starting treatment, tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver disease, glandular fever (infectious mononucleosis), or a previous history of allergy to antibiotics. This medicine should generally be avoided in people who have experienced a serious allergic reaction to penicillin antibiotics.
