The contents of the sachet should be mixed in 1 liter of clean drinking water, stirring well until dissolved. Another liter of water can be added to make a total of 2 liters. To improve the taste, one of the flavoring agents provided with the pack can be added to the mixture.

The prepared mixture should be consumed as follows: Pour one glass and drink, repeating the process of drinking 200 ml every 10-15 minutes until 1 liter of the mixture is consumed within one hour. The first bowel movement can occur approximately one hour after drinking the prepared mixture.
