Vivicit contains Citicoline, a naturally occurring substance vital for the production of phospholipids in cell membranes. When taken orally, Citicoline is metabolized into choline and cytidine, both of which cross the blood-brain barrier and recombine to form Citicoline within the brain. This process activates the production of phospholipids in neuronal membranes, helping to repair damaged cells and mitochondrial membranes quickly.
Citicoline also increases neurotransmitter levels like acetylcholine and dopamine, which are crucial for brain function.
