Rutinib Cream is a prescription medicine used on the skin (topical) for:

  • The treatment of a type of vitiligo called nonsegmental vitiligo in adults and children 12 years of age and older

Ruxolitinib is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor indicated for:

  1. The topical short-term and non-continuous chronic treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in non-immunocompromised adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older.
  2. The topical treatment of nonsegmental vitiligo in adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older.
  • Inform your healthcare provider about all your medical conditions, including infections, diabetes, chronic lung disease, HIV, weak immune system, TB, shingles, hepatitis B or C, past cancer, heart problems, blood clots, high cholesterol or triglycerides, and low blood cell counts.
  • Tell your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
