- Tofacitinib is used in the management of psoriatic arthritis in adult patients.
- Administered when there has been an insufficient response to methotrexate or other disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs).
- Tofacitinib is employed in the treatment of ulcerative colitis in adult patients.
- Indicated for those with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis.
- Tofacitinib can be taken with or without food.
- Adhere to the prescribed dosage and do not exceed the recommended amount.
- Do not take Tofacitinib in larger or smaller amounts than advised by your healthcare provider.
