- Relieving cough
- Liquefying phlegm

Basaka Syrup is a carefully balanced herbal preparation designed to manage both dry irritating cough and productive cough. It helps liquefy and expel mucus from the respiratory tract, making breathing easier and reducing throat irritation.
The syrup possesses expectorant, anti-allergic, soothing, and bronchodilatory properties. It is non-sedating and generally well tolerated, making it suitable for both adults and children. Being sugar-free, it can also be used in patients who need to avoid sugar-containing preparations. Unlike many conventional cough syrups, it does not commonly cause drowsiness, constipation, or dryness of mouth.
