Psyllium fiber and standardized Senna extract is indicated for:

- Bowel regulation for bedridden patients
Plantago ovata, more commonly known as Psyllium or Ispaghula, has a long history of helping with digestive complaints and Senna tinnevelly or Senna fruit, has a well-established use to help relieve constipation. Senna contains many chemicals called sennosides. Sennosides irritate the lining of the bowel, which causes a laxative effect. It is used to treat constipation and also to clear the bowel before procedures such as colonoscopy. People also use senna for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), hemorrhoids, weight loss, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.
In Agiofibe and Agiolax, the husks and seeds of the Plantago ovata plant are used to help support and restore healthy, regular bowel movements.
