- Depression
- Indigestion
- Flu-like symptoms

- Psychosis
- High or low blood pressure
- Dyskinesia (abnormal movements)
- Sleep problems
There is a potential risk of serotonin syndrome when SAFINAMIDE is used alongside:
- MAO inhibitors
- Antidepressants
- Opioid drugs
